The Club has its General Assembly at least once a year, composed by de facto members’ representatives with decision-making capacity. The general assembly evaluates the Progress Report, the degree of compliance with indicators and budget expenditure. It will be convened in an extraordinary way in case of delays, budget variations, problems, etc.
