The Club de Fincas por la Conservación del Oeste Ibérico was born as a multinational association with a vocation to grow and to endure over time.

A second Master Plan for the Club and the second Management and Good Practice Plans for each farm will be drawn up and it will then when, once the results of the present project and the available economic funds are known, the actions to be carried out on each farm will be defined in detail.

The “Land Custody” will be the tool for the management of the environment. This is based on the will of two parties (the owner and the custodian) to carry out nature conservation actions in the area through social initiatives. The Custody agreements to join the Club include a commitment from the owner not to carry out activities that put the actions carried out at risk.
