Production, with biodiversity conservation and ecological criteria, of oil, honey, wine and Iberian sausages. They will be produced from estates members using a sustainable management model, according to a code of good management ecosystems practices that ATN and FNYH will implement in each farm.
The products will be marketed with a recognizable brand, protection of biodiversity, preferably in the Central European market, where they can reach, by this concept, higher prices than in Spanish and Portuguese markets. To do this, distribution channels and marketing linked to previously contacted and interested Central European and conservation associations will be used.
In addition to economic performance, the objective of this axis is to show to other local producers the prices at which these products are sold, in order to encourage them to join the Club of Estates and implement these management criteria in their lands.
